To vote every member has to complete the membership form with the fully paid annual fee due September 25th, 2019 the Membership form received after September 25th’ 2019 will not be accepted.

The election timeline:
- September 18th, 2019: Community meeting with ISD community and Board at 7 pm.
- September 25th, 2019: Completed membership forms with annual dues due.
- September 30th, 2019: Preliminary ISD membership list published in the masjid.
- October 15th, 2019: BOD nominations presented to Election Committee.
- October 17th, 2019: BOD nominees confirm Willingness to serve with Election Committee.
- October 18th, 2019: BOD nominees list published by Election Committee.
- October 21st, 2019 – October 25th, 2019: Election Committee will arrange for eligible members to pick the BOD ballots up in the masjid.
- October 26th, 2019 – 3 pm October 30th, 2019: early-voting period.
- November 1st, 2019: Election Day, Fajr thru Isha.
- November 4th, 2019: Results of the made public by Election posting notice in the Bulletin Board Of the masjid
